Completing a no-pressure application is the first step on your way to bringing home a Bonbelle kitten
What to expect
Our goal is to send our kittens to the best homes that are ready for cherishing a Bonbelle kitten. When you send an application to bring home one of our British Shorthair kittens, it helps us learn more about you, your family, and the kind of kitten you're looking for. We will review your application within a few days of receiving it, and get back to you with an approval or a denial. Once approved, you will be added to our Prospective Kitten Owners mailing list, where you will receive exclusive emails and the ability to reserve a kitten with a deposit. Our Adoption Process
We try to make the process as smooth as possible, while still adequately screening new homes to ensure our kittens are well-loved.

Application
Please fill out the application below with a few short questions. Once this form is submitted we will get a notification. We will review your application as soon as possible and get in touch. We will ask additional questions, and we're happy to answer your questions as well!

Pick Your Kitten & Place a Deposit
Email notifications will share specific dates and times when a litter of kittens will become available to reserve. Keep a close eye on those times, because we allow deposits on kittens on a first-come, first-serve basis with pre-approved homes. Deposits reserve a kitten for you until the kitten is available to go home. Click here to read more about our deposit policies.

Waitlist
Once you're approved for one of our kittens we will add you to an email list of approved homes. We will send exclusive kitten updates and adoption notifications to the email you provided. If we notice you have been on our waitlist for over a year without hearing from you, we will check in to ensure you are still interested.

Bringing Home Your New Baby!
Now for the fun part! Most kittens go to their new homes at 14 weeks old, but depending on their size and spay/neuter surgery, it may be as late as 16 weeks. We know their go-home date is highly anticipated, so we will always keep you updated. Until then, we will post daily kitten content on our socials. When they are ready to go home, they can be picked up in Raleigh, NC or shipped. We hold kittens for 10 days past their pick-up date for free, and up to 30 days with fees.
