Shipping
Pickup out of Raleigh, NC, USA is always free of charge. However, if that is not an option, we offer a variety of shipping options, all explained below.
To accommodate the various wait times associated with shipping, we hold kittens for 10 days after their designated pickup date at no extra cost. Past 10 days, we charge $15/day, up to 30 days, which is when we will refund purchase price (except for the deposit) and find a new home for the kitten.
Ground Transport

Ground delivery is generally the least stressful option for kittens. It involves driving the kitten (in a familiar carrier) from our cattery to a mutually agreed upon pick-up location. We generally do not deliver to home addresses. We use experienced pet transporters, or will transport kittens ourselves. Another benefit to ground transport is that additional kittens travel at no additional cost.
Flight Nanny

Flight nannies are dedicated travelers which will take care of your new kitten during a flight to your local airport. Prices vary based on airfare, flight nanny service fees, and airline pet fees. It is customary to tip flight nannies who took good care of your kitten during their travels. If we have the time, we try to act as the flight nanny for our kittens, but it can be hard to travel with a cattery. Therefore, we often hire trusted nannies to fly with our kittens. Generally this option is best for one kitten at a time, but there may be discounts for flying up to 2 kittens at once, depending on the nanny and airline availability. Pick-up is agreed upon based on available flights, nanny schedules, and airfare fees. Flight nannies can take kittens to most major airports. Kittens must be picked up within 1 hour of landing at your local airport, unless otherwise discussed in writing.
Door to Door

This option uses either ground transport or a flight nanny to transport your kitten right to your doorstep. You must be present when we arrive for pick-up. Prices vary based on whether ground transport or flight nanny services are used. With flight nanny services, there are additional charges for time and car rental (or taxi). This option is available at our discretion.
